This is a question that I get pretty frequently. In 2024 it is important to know that you are doing business with an agency and carriers that actually do what they say they will do. For us, that is the most important aspect when evaluating which carriers to bring on and utilize for our clients. Many of our partners do not advertise very much and while “their” names are not very well known each of them have an A+ rating with S&P and A.M. Best. These rating agencies evaluate insurers financial strength and claims paying ability. Additionally, they have an excellent reputation for expediency and customer satisfaction when it comes to claims response. and consistently rank highly in reports from well known sources—J.D. Power and Associates namely.
